Summary:
Evanhoe and Associates is seeking a Junior CAC Card Operator to work onsite in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The Junior CAC Card Operator supports the issuance and management of Common Access Cards (CAC) by verifying applicant identities, maintaining transaction logs, and assisting with user inquiries. This role ensures the secure distribution of CACs while upholding security and compliance standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confirm applicant identity through valid documentation
- Issue CACs in line with established protocols
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist users with CAC-related issues and questions
- Support compliance with security policies through interdepartmental collaboration
- High attention to detail for data accuracy and identity verification
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Competence with data entry and computer-based systems
- Awareness of security and access control procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess 6 months-1 year of experience with computer systems and data entry
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification, such as the GED
- Possess the ability to pass a Tier 1 Public Trust investigation
- Basic understanding in data entry and recordkeeping
- Familiarity with military customs and protocols
- Experience in access control or security roles
- Working knowledge of CAC systems
- Security-related certifications
