RFID and ServiceNow Support Lead

Summary:
Evanhoe and Associates is seeking a RFID and Service Now Support Lead in support of the USPTO.
The RFID and Service Now Support Lead's responsibilities focus on special projects assigned to the Inventory Support Team as well as normal Asset Management process review and task completion. This position will oversee the generation of Asset Management clean-up reporting, data analysis and data issue corrective actions through the project manager and the USPTO Asset Management Program Manager and Task Order Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor status of all USPTO fixed RFID readers and lead RFID maintenance
- Troubleshoot down readers and repair or replace readers as needed
- Provide ServiceNow support and expertise
- Create and distribute weekly schedule for telework and on campus assignments of IST field technicians
- Create and distribute monthly assignments for campus wide RFID scanning
- Process all RFID files and send to Asset Management database, Service Now SMP, for updates to Verified or Not Verified status of USPTO Assets
- Monitor and assign tickets assigned to Inventory Support team in Service Now SMP
- Perform monthly RFID scanning
- Update of user locations both for USPTO campus and Home Use locations, updates asset location as needed
- Train technicians from other contracts on USPTO Mobile scanning procedures
- Receive new assets in Asset Management Database (ServiceNow SMP)
- Provide onsite support for Evanhoe/Aware Innovations RFID team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess 5 years of related experience
- Possess prior experience with RFID hardware maintenance
- Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Possess experience with the following software:
- Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerPoint, and Project
